This notice explains the cookies and similar device storage Mellfolk uses. Mellfolk currently uses only storage that is necessary to provide and secure the service.

Essential sign-in storage

When you sign in, Mellfolk uses Firebase Authentication storage and a short-lived secure session cookie so the service can recognise your account, keep you signed in and protect account-only features. These items are required for the service to work and are not used for advertising.

No advertising or analytics cookies

Mellfolk does not currently set advertising, behavioural-tracking or optional analytics cookies. Because only essential storage is used, there is no optional-cookie switch to enable or disable.

Your choices

You can sign out to end your Mellfolk session. You can also remove Mellfolk cookies and site data through your browser settings, although doing so will sign you out and may remove device-specific preferences.

If this changes

If Mellfolk introduces optional analytics, personalisation or advertising technologies, this notice will be updated and a consent choice will be provided before those technologies are used where required by law.
